What is a Quality Management System on roads?
The Ministry of Transport adjusts requirements for ensuring the quality of all components of the process of construction, maintenance and repair of roads via this Methodical Instruction relating to the Quality Management System (QMS) on roads.

Who is the Quality Management System on roads intended for? The quality system in the field of roads is intended especially for the administrations of roads and organizations engaged in road construction, repair and maintenance - including project, diagnostic, laboratory and testing activities.
The QMS on roads applies particularly to building and works financed from public funds, State Transport Infrastructure Fund, loans and by funding bodies and EU organizations.
