سیستم مدیریت کیفیت چیست؟

سیستم مدیریت کیفیت (QMS) تعیین مقررات هماهنگی همه فعالیت و فرایندهای متعاملی است که در شرکت ها انجام می شوند. هدف تنها دستیابی به کیفیت پایدار محصولات یا خدمات می باشد.

اصول هشتگانه سیستم مدیریت کیفیت

مشتری گرایی: شرکت ها به مشتریان خود وابسته هستند. بنابراین باید خواسته های حال و آینده مشتریان را درک کرده و باید آن خواسته ها را برآورده نموده و برای فراتر رفتن از انتظارات آنها تلاش کنند.

رهبری: مدیران و سایر افراد مسئول، همگرایی و استراتژی شرکت را ارتقا می دهند. آنها محیط کاری مناسبی را که برای مشارکت کارکنان در دستیابی به اهداف تعیین شده ضروری است، ایجاد می کنند.

مشارکت کارکنان: همه کارکنان در هر سطحی که مشغول فعالیت هستند، مبنای یک سازمان را تشکیل می دهند. هدف از مشارکت آنها این است که شرکت بتواند دانش و مهارت های آنها را برای توسعه به اشتراک گذارد.

رویکرد فرایندی: همه فعالیت ها باید در قالب یک فرایند مدیریت شوند. تنها این روش، بیشترین اثربخشی را در رسیدن به اهداف در پی خواهد داشت.

رویکرد سیستماتیک در سیستم مدیریت: توصیف، درک و هدایت سیستمی از همه فرایندهای متعامل جهت کمک به کارایی شرکت متمرکز می باشد.

بهبود مداوم: باید بعنوان هدفی استراتژیک برای هر شرکت درنظرگرفته شود.

تصمیم گیری باید بر مبنای حقایق، شواهد و تحلیل باشد.
